Really good idea app

Charged me without any warning. Never used the service. Saw the charge on my bank statement. Customer support didn't even respond to request for support, let alone offer a refund on the first day when it was used. Terrible customer support.

No responsibility for some rider who’s careless about their customers items

It's utterly unacceptable that a customer can't cancel an order when no delivery person have been allocated and it's been hours.

I will order by uber eats again

Can’t cancelled subscription they always charged you 9.99 every month even you don’t use it. So bad

I couldn’t find any live chat with customer service. My issues are different from the options in help centre. So the thing is, I ordered my food and chose an option “leave at my door” but when my driver arrive, he rudely rang the bell multiple times which make me scared. I told him to leave the food at the door but he called me instead. I picked up his call and told him to leave it at the door. He replied me with “understand”. I waited for a while and went out of my room to get my order but it wasn’t there. I didn’t chose “leave at my door” for no reason. Can’t the driver see what i chose? Now I have nothing to eat and I already paid for my food. I want a refund but I can’t find anyway to contact customer service as I said. Thank you

Don’t keep a track of scammers. Horrible support. Deleted the app and never coming back
