I haven’t been using the app for a while and when i wanted to re-inter it blocked me without a reason

I’ve been doing this for a while now and suddenly the videos won’t load. Do I need to update the app? Thanks

It was really something. I will continue to fight to get in good shape. Workout was unbelievable.

I do the gym workouts for the fat loss program and each cycle is great. They change up the workouts at just the right time so you don’t get burned out on the same workout over and over again. Yes you need to push yourself so if you can’t do that then this is not the program for you but I love it. Thank you guys for an amazing program!!!

Found lots of subscription based apps, but this can work with any one’s schedule putting in wanting effort.

I received the notification to download the app, tried to login with my email and password. Nope. Tried to request password reset… nope. Tried setting up profile in the app… Nope. Tried chat function… no answers. To be fair, I haven’t tried calling yet, but I really shouldn’t have to.

I’m 55 and exercise doesn’t come naturally. This app is no-nonsense. The instructions are clear. The workouts are tight. There’s even live chat when I have questions. Lots more to explore with diet and supps. I’m glad to have this on the home page of my phone.

This App and program are absolutely perfect. Stick with it and it will change your life.

I payed 140 dollars for it and didn’t get nothing I payed for
