I was really excited about the app. It all sounded good and I paid the fee. Vince seems very into it and got me motivated. But the workout video for home does not work. Very frustrating! (the videos for the gym workout do work, which doesn’t help me)
This app is just a bunch of text you have to scroll through for ages and you have to do everything yourself, I.e. all the calculations and diet plans etc. The whole point of having an app would be to make it interactive so that the app actually does something. What would be helpful would be if you could enter your values for the calculations and it calculates it for you, and then an interactive diet plan that tells you what to eat every day, a calorie calculator/counter, etc. I don’t need an app to read a bunch of text that I could be reading on a website. Also the workout videos are not as good as other proper fitness apps - again, it’s like watching a YouTube video, I don’t need an app for that. It’s hard to get an overview over the workouts and know what I’m doing when.
Mach einfach das was der Plan sagt und es funktioniert. Auch wenn es anfangs schwer geht - nicht aufgeben, Zähne zusammenbeißen und dran bleiben.
Some of the exercises are to difficult to begin with. And if you have never had a workout like that you have to watch during the workout the clips again how the exercise looks like. One or two little pictures together with the exercise name/description should be displayed. That would help to remember what a „reverse hamster leg squad“ (or whatever it is called) looks like.
Unfortunately the training workouts are mostly black screen and constantly interruptions of the audio track. You have to listen to the videos, to find out what kind of exercise he want, than to google them (if you don’t know) because the screen is black and to use a timer by yourself. It’s not possible to download the workouts and use them offline. You have to be online and even if your sitting next to the router, it’s not a guarantee that it’s working. The performance of this app is more then disappointing.
I bought the Move program. Its not loading in the app when i try to start the program (Error 703). I got the answer i should start it in the safari browser. So i ask myself for what is the app for? 50 Euros and its not working. Please fix this and update the app version

From the ad you think, you bought a 90 plan, that will lead you with videos through all the workout and the cooking. Not by far! Isn‘t worth the money. Just a scam to make you buy supplements and pay a monthly fee.
