Devia ter um vídeo com os exercícios todos de seguida para que o cliente possa fazer em casa ao mesmo tempo que o instrutor faz na tv

It was really something. I will continue to fight to get in good shape. Workout was unbelievable.
I do the gym workouts for the fat loss program and each cycle is great. They change up the workouts at just the right time so you don’t get burned out on the same workout over and over again. Yes you need to push yourself so if you can’t do that then this is not the program for you but I love it. Thank you guys for an amazing program!!!
