Can’t really qualify how good this is yet, but I’m committed to trying in the gym with super sets. Its cough because of tying up two machines my gym it very busy. So we’ll see how it goes.

Definitely been hooked on it since day one ☝️ definitely love that it’s free & has the option to get bundle pack if I wanted too & let me tell you , I haven’t deleted it since love the videos & calendar countdown & allthe personal training workout 🏋️ I see the improvement on daily 🤩

Much thanks for the easy to follow instructions and videos. I'm already sore for tomorrow! I really enjoyed the last set of each cycle. Amazing how little weights can move mountains!
The format works for me
I like how each day has every exercise listed, written descriptions explaining, and the video. Workout is clear to me. Love the variety.
To Get Started
I worked out a lot in high school and college and since have followed a few apps and video workouts. It’s more than just workouts, and the first thing to do is to get your food right. But the workouts are easy to follow. You need to pick whether you’re gonna workout at home or in a gym. Hard to go back and forth it seems. Good short videos to explain exercises. You need to know your starting weight you’re going to lift. Then you’re off…
The app
I like the app but the video the guy starts to explain things is just so extended more then it needs to.he just puts things into more detail then it has to be.
Limited information
Not what I expected. Spent $60 to signed up for a metabolism profile and didn’t get any information other than the advisor saying that it was flat lined and that there are supplements they sell to speed up your metabolism. Unless you pay a lot for a coach trainer or pay for supplement products that they constantly try to sell you on, you basically are on your own. They give you limited information on weight loss and meal planning and some weight training exercises. I was totally transparent with their advisor about not taking any supplements that they offered and that I was more interested in carbs cycling that was mentioned in Vince’s video to lose approximately 20 pounds. I have yet to receive information on carb cycling and all the emails want you to buy supplements or coach trainers. My perspective is that they want you to spend money on their products first and foremost before they help you. As the advisor stated Vince is a businessman.
Makes iPhone 15 battery HOT
This app either has malware or so poorly designed that it burns up your battery. So disappointed and dissatisfied.
