I want to book a supscription, but is not possible. Error message: “Oopps, en error has ocurred!”

I can't register, The app keep saying “invalid ID”. What should I do?

Akzeptiert PIN nicht. Im Browser geht es. Schafe, dass Technik oft so viel versteht und nicht hält.

This App is trash, it just doesn’t work. I wasted so much time trying to rent a bike but got the same error notification every time.

Man muss sich für min 7 Tage einbuchen und nur ein Rad pro Person. Mit einer Familie ist mal für einen Radausflug schnell 60 Euro los… Touristen bitte anderen Anbieter auswählen.

I did not know apps could be that badly made. Nothing worked. Payment method needed to be put in several times. The a subscription could not be purchased. Next the terminal did not work correctly. Pin reset not possible. Utter waste of time! Stay clear…

Selecting an abo results in „oops, un error!“, payment methods are difficult to add, the app requests an ID no which is not necessary actually - why so complicated?

Saw same reviews, but to me all was quite straightforward, didn’t ask me for an id, my german card worked fine. Only downside is that you can’t rent them in time bases manner. But I knew it beforehand
