I'll give it an honest try daily for a subscription period (3 months), then assess weight, tone, and measurements. I completed my first day of my plan, and also selected a challenge. <br><br> I like: the app has music as well as beeps and a bar that help track reps. Overall the art is effective and pretty. I like the different challenge options. I LOVE that not too much data is collected about me. The pricing is fair.<br><br> I do NOT like: the avatar at the beginning that winks and smirks at you - maybe replace with one more friendly / powerful / energetic? <br> - Also, I cannot do crunches and would like a way to indicate that so those exercises can be replaced with others to help build ab strength. <br> - Would prefer the word "booty" be replaced with "glutes" or "butt" or anything else less cutesy. <br> Better explanations of the exercise would be helpful - like if you need to raise your hips or shoulders off the floor, or your feet should be shoulder width apart. I'm completely new to Pilates and need clear direction. <br><br> Overall, I like the app so far. The overall tone is friendly and approachable. It helped me set a clear goal and I like the clear progress trackers. I think we'll work well together. I'll try to remember to update this in 3 months.

Just starting the app and had to rate to get away from that screen.

So far so good. It got me up and moving and I did all of the exercises!

It’s helping me be consistent with my workout I can track him so much easier gives me friendly reminders and tips. It’s really a great app. I’ve lost 23 pounds.
