My customer ID is 9 digits long but the login only lets me do 8, useless.

I cannot see how to set up an automatic payment from the Westpac Australian app (my Westpac NZ app allows it very easily and intuitively). Also I tried to set up my daughter as a payee by adding her BSB & account number but the app only allowed me to add her name and wouldn’t move to the BSB & account fields - hopeless. I ended up using her phoneID to transfer money to her

I can’t even use my phone number to sign up bc it’s invalid and so is all of the numbers I tried this is complete bs

This app is efficient, quick and easy to use. It has an impressive portfolio with types of cards available and their details. It might be better for DOB to not show a calendar but rather the option of day, month and year. Only because it took me a long while to get to my year of birth as I didn’t realise you could press the month to change the year!!!

The “old” app was just fine. This new, improved version only occasionally wants to work on my phone. Typical of developers who never seem to think of how long people keep their phones and just want apps to do what it says on the tin, all the time.

Can no longer login in with pin since new update. When signing in with password repeatedly tells me it’s wrong.

Title says it all. Can’t use as my customer no. has alpha characters. Options to fix are to load card details plus DOB. No thanks!
