Customer service is 100 satisfaction specially assistance about defective items I am disappointed specially with the main items why I joined here. Some seller are supportive some are not its a learning lesson for me. I spent quite a lot as a beginner I am happy with some purchase but so disappointed with the main purchases.

My usps package has been delivered to Des Moines twice. It arrived.. later departed, just to “arrive” for the second time at that facility. Package was supposed to be delivered on the 21st.

Whatnot has no problem defending sellers who cancel orders because the price wasn’t high enough. Whatnot defends that action by claiming sellers have the right to cancel damaged items (even when it’s not damaged and the sellers fault) they do not support the customer. Use at your own risk.

First and last time using this app all within 24 hrs. 10 second bids back to back went from $15 to over $1100, twice!! How?? Withdrawal amounts processed with my bank before the seller was able to send through the cancellation. All was a hassle, the seller was cooperative, whatnot automatically signed me out of the app, I attempted to login, pop up says, try again “user banned”. Try again?? Nah I’m good

i’ve never had so much fun shopping online before. this app has EVERYTHING for EVERYONE. the live selling/buying and endless mini games the hosts run and come up with is a ton of fun. BEWARE HALF OF THEM ARE BASICALLY GAMBLING. with that in mind, i’ve been addicted to this app since i’ve downloaded it 2 months ago. there isn’t a day i’m not on this app just hanging out, watching a show or impulse buying because the deals are way too good to pass up. seriously this app amazing and i can’t express my gratitude enough for all of the awesome deals and awesome cloths, shoes, cards and even free items (when ive been lucky enough to win [which has been twice] anyways). most sellers are willing to work with you if something goes wrong with your purchase, and then you also have WhatNot who will make things right if there is something wrong with your order. pay very close attention to what sellers say, and make sure to always read the shows Notes. BID/BUY RESPONSIVELY and most importantly HAVE FUN!!! this app is awesome. best thing since sliced bread.
