Wingspan: The Board Game

Absolutely one of the best games on the market. Wildly creative. A celebration for bird watchers. Game is good enough to pull in non birders and convert them. Endless fun and each game is unique. My favourite game of alltime!

The game is great, but crashes half of the time. Mostly at the end of the game. That’s very annoying and a reason why I don’t buy the expansion and I rate this game only 3 stars. (When this is fixed, I will rate Wingspanr 5 stars) It is impossible to play this game online. Great graphics and bird sounds.

The online games keep jamming on the AI every single game the past few days 😢

Every time right at the end the game crashes. For me that makes the game not worth it.

I really like the app. I also bought the expansion, although I can only use it on my iPad. On both devices I’m logged onto the same account but the expansion doesn't work on both devices. I hope I can use the expansion on both my iPad and iPhone… I also see in the Apple Store that I can’t buy the expansion again… so I don’t know what to do and why it is not working on al my devices. Awaiting of your reaction.

Game keeps crashing!

Because of the variety of cards the game doesn’t bore quickly. Custom game is nice and fast but a bit too easy. Online is more challenging but tempo is much lower (3-5 min per turn). Disadvantage: not available for Mac Book so I have to play it on my iPhone and bonus cards are difficult to read (too small!).

Nice boardgame and due to the number of different cards and options, it will not bore you easily. Just use the tutorial to get used to the game and off you go. Very relaxing while at the same time challenging you to think about the best way forward. Easy to play with friends. Only downside is that the extension package for Europe is too expensive for what you get. It is the same price as the game and provides less cards (we do have more birds in Europe you know!). Price for the extension should be less.

I have been playing this game for a month or two and I have experienced at least three to five bugs every online game I play. They game freezes or shuts down completely. I haven’t noticed any new updates or announcements about updates. I hope you’re working on it!!!
