I love the board game so downloaded the app. Playing against other people online is fine but as soon as you want a game against the computer the app becomes slow and repeatedly crashes.

The game works great overall on the app. However there are some glitches that are irritating. Mainly that if you close your phone down, then reopen an online match when you receive notification of 'it's your turn' - the game loads into the match, you can see everything but it says no internet connection, causing need to go back to the main menu and re enter. Just frustrating as it can sometimes take 1-2 minutes just to get back in to take a turn.

***update*** It’s got worse to the point I no longer play the game anymore. It’s so frustrating to have multiplayer games get deleted all the time after spending weeks playing them with friends. It’s been happening since the last expansion but the developers don’t seem to care and just blame the company who host the servers. Amazing game but it’s been ruined by the latest expansion. The expansion itself is great and makes the game even better, but the amount of crashes and bugs since it was released has made the game so frustrating to try and play. I hate giving a bad review for such a great game, but the bugs crashes and lost games in progress is getting worse with each patch.

The game has beautiful graphics and is really intuitive to play. There are a few glitches here and there (e.g. if you swipe when drawing cards it can cause them to disappear) but nothing that breaks the game. It’s as beautiful as the board game version. Can’t wait to see wha monster couch do next

We were reluctant buying the app while also having the board game at home, however, after doing it nonetheless we have no regrets whatsoever. The app is so beautifully executed and works really well. Definitely recommend to any Wingspan fan out there :)

Love this game so much. Bought the very pricey Oceania expansion for my iPad. Now it’s unplayable because of constant crashes. How do I get a refund?

It’s had a few updates and now takes ages to load. Please fix

I love Wingspan, it’s such a good board game and the app adaption is great, but the latest update has RUINED the game. The app crashes constantly, making it unplayable. It doesn’t matter if you’re playing online or against the AI, you can’t finish a game without it crashing. Sometimes the app crashes before I even make my first move! Developers, please fix this issue! I never write reviews and would give this app 5 stars if the crashing issue is fixed. Potential buyers, do not pay for this broken app until it has been fixed. Stick to the physical board game for now.
