Wix - Website Builder

When trying to log in it presents re-craptcha’s for ever. After trying 40 times i uninstalled it again. Waste of time !! (Maybe another web host does it better!??)

I am using this app as a restaurant, it is really open and easy to set up the website and use the online ordering system. But after trying out, I did find two small issues: 1. For the first, when we accept an order, we can not choose for how long time to prepare individually for each order, we can only have a general time in the system that apply a to all the orders, it is really a bad design for restaurant, as the normal waiting time would be various throughout the day, it could be only 10 minutes if we are not busy, but maybe 40 or 50 minutes if we are busy, we need to choose the time according to our busyness, and the preparation time for an order at 100, dkk and an order at 2000 dkk would be totally different as well, we can not predict when there is a big order coming in. 2. For the second, which is an order can not be auto printed through connected Bluetooth printer when we accept it. Well as least I can not see any option in the app that can combine printing and accepting together. In the app right now, we need to first accept the order, and then click to the tab for accepted order, and then click inside the order we just accepted, click on the right top corner, and then click print. It is ok if we are not busy, but in case when we are busy during the rush hour, we may receive 20 to 30 orders within 1 hours, it would really kill us if we need to repeat these steps 20 or 30 times. And after printing, there is no color difference between those orders printed and not printed, as we need to print all the order to assign them to different workers, if we are missing one of the 20 orders, it would be really a disaster to find which is the one we did not print, we have to click into each of the order to check if we have printed it not or yet. Well, the wiz app and website are really good ones for those online business except restaurant, those issues must need to be improved, otherwise we really can not put it in reality. Hope

Når man vil kopier et produkt er det lidt træls man skal gå en på det for at kopier. Det ville være godt hvis man kunne gøre det udefra oversigten

I started using this on the app and it allowed me to edit my website on my phone completely and I loved that but they changed that quickly on me! So it makes it impossible to do necessary edits on the go not to mention it’s become so glitchy and horrible to use. It constantly moves things around when I edit and glitched even though I’ve requested help multiple times. Problem has not been fixed so now I have to move to a new website builder and don’t all over again.

So annoying when you cant do things on mobile. Like hello...this is the 21st century get it on mobile?? Until then, shopify here i come😌 Much love...but do better

This app I downloaded to manage my website. It will not recognize my log in. I notice in the website itself it logs me in through vista print but the wix app doesn’t have that feature. It should not be this difficult to manage something I’m paying for.

Please stop changing things, IF it’s not broken don’t fix it, every time you make less user friendly and more difficult to find stuff

So when i started the app it gave me ai stuff to help make my website and i thought it was gonna look cool untill it was just a text that says well… i forgot but it was just a horrible experiance i had with this dumb website maker app

They make removing account and stop billing very difficult
