Wix - Website Builder

I’ve been a Wix user for years, but I’ve not tried using the app before. I logged in under my Google account (provided and hosted by Wix) and the app didn't recognise me, and my only option was to create a new website. I logged out and tried accessing it with an email login. Same thing. So I’d have to say that the app, at least for me, is useless.

I set up my own football coaching business and this App is just nothing short of amazing! I can manage everything on the go from cancellations, booking requests and so many other things. This is a no brainer to have running any business, especially a small part time such as mine. Thank you Wix!

There is no point of making a website building app if you can’t build a website on the app. And it’s not that it’s buggy and doesn’t work half of the time. It’s the fact that there is NO OPTION to do it.

There are real major problems now not being able to edit your site from your app. Also on desktop your scroll bars disapear and aren't there preeminently. There are real issues editing the site on desktop for desktop and mobile use. Your scroll bars only appear if you move the pages around then the scroll bar appears. Also no scroll bar on dashboard so it's difficult to scroll down... Well you cant scroll down to access all the requirements and features. Please make your scroll bars permanent feature on all pages.

Pointless app for IPad, has no editor. The Wix online editor is not even compatible to use on an iPad, so I figured they created an app for IOS users, but no, it’s just an IOS app which gives NO benefits to IOS users, so why create this? I can’t edit My website in my iPad pro, I need to use a laptop, it’s 2022, and customers have been complaining about this for YEARS. Simple answer is to please create an app editor for IOS, not this pointless app. WIX is a leading web building company, astonishing.

Such a great shame you don't support something necessary such as Royal Mail integration in the U.K. and no I don’t want to use a 3rd party plug in on wix that by the way has terrible reviews anyway plus you have to pay them. Years ago Royal Mail set up the API for wix integration they confirmed this, but wix wouldn’t allow it? Why on an e-commerce site?? - it’s necessity in the U.K. you obviously got paid by that 3rd party more to be hosted with you instead of listening to what online sellers want. That’s my gripe with wix. I wouldn’t recommend to U.K. businesses

As a business I need to access the data in my Wix owner app frequently. I don’t have time for signing in afresh everyday since the last update! Also there’s still a bug in invoices where you can’t search for a customer invoice unless you do a random opening of general reports first. Also since the update, the overdue or partially paid invoices can’t be accessed by the filter. I’d also like to be able to copy customer address, email and phone number in one action, to be more efficient. Currently I have to go into edit details of address to capture the latter two. Other than these gripes it’s very very useful! Many thanks for your attention.

I normally print packing slips directly from the app with no problems but I can’t seem to print anything directly from the app now. As soon as I request to print it just reloads the current screen rather than go into the print screen! It’s a shame as it had been working well for me.

Wix studio- I found it super hard to use, and it’s buggy. I think the wix editor is much more user friendly . And another thing - I payed for basic plan which supposed to remove all wix branding as it explicitly said in the plan description, but when “thank you for getting in touch email” triggered it’s not removing the wix brending and want me to pay another 10€ a month for removing the small letters at the end of the email - “created by wix” Not fair and not honest. The editor will get 5 stars from me

To the developer. Have to make a comment here as it’s impossible to actually get hold of anyone via email or call or messaging. Your notifications are broken as they don’t notify when there are bookings coming in meaning I have had several missed bookings. The bubble on the top of the app icon does not appear when bookings come in which I rely on now that there are no email notifications to our restaurant email any more
