Horrible app do better

The app won’t load a thing. Just a blank white page. App is useless and just takes up space using more permissions than needed. Deleting!

I was hung up on. The worst company customer service. They own the area I live in to get internet. They are the worst. Don’t bother calling them, they will give you the run around and act like they are transferring your call. Just to hang up on you.

This app never works properly! And when I call and tell them that the rep always say “aw, have you tried online?”. Crazy part is online is just as bad!! I hate it here 😩 if it wasn’t for the affordable prepaid internet price I would’ve cancelled long ago! At this point I’m about to shop around cause I’m getting tired of this roller coaster ride!! To each its own but you see the other reviews!

I cant use the app or contact support for some reason, It says access forbidden.

It doesn’t connect to any server now to pay my bill. It just shows a white screen. This app never gets any updates.

Can’t refill my internet dashboard will not load.

The app and website are always down/broken. There is literally no way to refill the prepaid service

Half the stuff in the app doesn’t function at all. No outage map, no device status, no remember me, I gave up before going any further since I highly doubt it’s going to get better. F U Xfinity.

What’s the point in having this app available for download if it doesn’t work. All I get is a white screen after signing in. This is a complete mess and waste for f money because I can’t activate my modem
