Yoga Go: Wall Pilates, Fitness

I am a senior on a pension. I tried the one week program and was not able to physically do it, I have two spinal surgeries and two hip replacement. Unaware I automatically got signed up for their month to month subscription. When the payment came through I contacted them to request a refund and got back an email saying at the end of the month I would no longer be able to login. At that point I requested a refund, now I don’t even get a response. This company is more worried about making a buck than being upfront and honest. Very disappointed in this company.

No one answers you, no one responds, once the ey have your money they don’t care. Update to your comment - I already emailed you on August 5th and no one has responded or tried to help except for this comment reply on a public rating I’ll try emailing a 3rd time but I don’t have high hopes

I’m 80 yrs. Never really interested in yoga “as I understood it”. But for some reason decided to try the chair yoga intro. Oh, my gosh, I am stunned at how little my upper body moved and tried to stretch. This awareness enticed me to continue. I never feel that I have to improve or do more. I allow my body to direct me. My only request is in the rating each time. I always have to hit “just right” even though some leg positions are too hard at times. But all in all I am thankful that I can even do these positions and look forward to every morning.

I would never recommend this app. I signed up for the free trial. I canceled before the free trail was over. They charged me anyway and are now refusing to refund me. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TIIS APP! They will rip you off. If they refund me, I will consider taking down my social media posts. Otherwise, I will be very vocal, publicly, about how this app scammed me. Good news, I’m going to loose weight whether I wanted to or not. The money they withdrew was pretty much a weeks worth of groceries. $60 a MONTH is too much! And that was NOT the price that they were stating at the free trial sign up OR in the membership information (it was stating $19.99, which is a THIRD of what they withdrew after I had already cancelled). Scam. Scam. Scam. Edit: In response to the developer response, I find it condescending and it’s clear they did not actually read my concerns. I followed their TOS to the letter and cancelled BEFORE the trial was over (via their website) so I never should have been charged. They willfully chose to ignore my cancellation request. This company uses scam tactics and double talk to get out of refunding people. So, if they hassle you about a refund, you always have the option to get it reversed through your card issuer. After stating to them that I absolutely DID follow their Terms of Service and appropriately followed their instructions for cancellation, they are still trying to turn this around on users. I DID GET MY REFUND. But I had to tell them I would have them held accountable by the California Attorney General’s office. Don’t let shady companies take advantage of you. We all work very hard for our money and there are far too many scams out there as it is.

One of the first exercise apps that has kept me consistent and not falling by the wayside. Looking forward to seeing what happens.

They continue to charge after you cancel your membership!!!

Don’t purchase this app ! They are a scam and will take payments out after you cancel.

I never got a chance to use the app which was offered at an enticing price, but then I was billed for an unauthorized autorenewal at a much higher price. It’s totally a scam. This likely make most of their money this way, from unsuspecting people who think they’re paying for one thing only to get hooked and scammed into an auto renewal subscription at a significantly higher price. Very frustrating and disappointing. This company should be ashamed. Stay away!!

This app keep trying to steal my money. Fraudulent charges of $160USD. If you bought this cut up all your cards

I typed in my goals and it said I could lose the 15 pounds in 1 month - the daily exercise it gave me was a 8 -10 min somatic practice. It was a lovely practice but also walk regularly and lift weights - a gentle practice like this is not helping me drop my cortisol/perimenopause fat as much as I wanted to believe it.
