Yoga Go: Pilates Home Workout

Unfortunatly i had a very bad cold aftur i just started this really nice program so i had to take a pause today i will be back and i cant wait for it

Being am man I ticked in the “ male” box for gender. Still trying to figure out why I received the “bikini body challenge” after I paid the first monthly payment of almost $20. Still waiting for the explanation from the seller Kristjan

Don’t get tricked by fancy advertising into purchasing this app. I’ve tried other yoga apps that are far superior to this. The workouts on yoga go are way too simple (or weird) and drag on too long (for example, you’ll already be standing in “mountain pose” and then the voice guide will tell you to “get into mountain pose” OR how about a weird, “wiggle your foot like a worm forwards and backwards while standing in mountain pose”), there’s barely anything remotely yoga about the exercises, they don’t even do basic yoga asanas, and it sounds like the voices guiding you are all AI generated. On top of that it doesn’t connect to Apple health so you’d have to enter in your exercise data manually. There are way more AFFORDABLE and EFFECTIVE yoga apps out there so do yourself a favor and just say no to yoga go.

This app leaves much to be desired. The woman in the videos looks like a bit of a zombie. The audio is robotic. The videos are reused in different sequences as mini bits strung together to make a longer video. I didn’t get this with the expectation to lose weight but was interested in hopefully releasing some tension and experience somatic relief. I have the program difficulty level set to hard and it’s not difficult in the least bit? Yes I work out already and I do yoga and Pilates but this leaves a lot to be desired. Don’t waste your money.

Do not believe anything this app promises! They are frauds who offer false services. I signed up for a blasted ad all over Facebook and Instagram saying they were doing somatic yoga classes for cortisol detox. I immediately looked to find it on the app and when I couldn’t, I contacted them and sent screenshots of their ad showing this and they responded saying they had no such program, did not give any further explanation, and said I did not qualify for a refund. What?? I only got a refund when I threatened legal action. Listen to the people, these positive reviews are mostly bots. Stay far away from this app!!

DO NOT GET. Stay away from this company. If you do be sure you take screenshots when canceling your subscription. This company will lie and over change you with no warning. I went through the correct channel to cancel and they lie and say I didn’t. Charged my account and said it was my fault.
