I’m semi abled. Can’t stand without help - weight gain is a problem and activity painful . Love love love this …already feeling the benefits 5 days in. Done before bed for the first time in years I’ve slept right through ! Bladder control improvements too ! If I can do this so can you !
Enjoying the chair yoga sessions. I like that they are short and achievable. Also submitting daily feedback helps. I had a total knee replacement and can no longer kneel but using a chair makes yoga accessible for me.
I’m new to Yoga and have used this app for a month. I found the recent update where there are better instructions and enough time given at last to do all the exercises before moving on really helpful. I also like that you can do more than one program at once helpful. I have been e joying the yoga with Anke at beginner level and looking forward to trying the other programs. It’s been helpful for practising at home. I would recommend this app. I have tried other ones and this is the best one I have come across so far. Thank you.

This app is amazing. I love it
For the last couple of months I have followed Wall Pilates morning and evening—easy enough as the sessions are short—and have experienced a definite improvement in muscular tone, mobility, even dress size. As a senior citizen, I am grateful the exercises are neither strenuous nor boring. They have become part of my day.
If you sign up for what you think is a trial period, beware. At the end of the ‘trial’ period they’ll take an additional subscription from your account with no email notification that they are about to do so and then refuse to refund you because you did’t cancel 24 hours earlier. Easy money if you’re prepared to do business like that!
