Paid for hold year and the app is not working!!!😡😡😡
Update the app and restore it..the app just haven’t sync with the subscription at all. And ask to paid again the videos can’t play!!!

Language have been changed to simplified Chinese after app updated! And now even can’t login, can’t start, can’t play video...... I paid for whole year! How can I do???

I got bumped out of the app after downloading the update, cannot log back on... and I paid for a whole year too .... 😡🤬🤬🤬

Trap App
I didn’t intent to renew my subscription, I even not yet started any exercise and being CHARGED! I cannot request refund! What a rubbish app!!!

I paid for one year subscription and I just open it once then now i cant open the app ? it’s always shutting down, What is it now?
App is not working after after I paid
It’s interesting that the app isn’t working and automatically closed due to technical problems right after purchasing the training plan. And it was so smooth before proceed the payment procedure! What’s going on?!
Customer Service is TERRIBLE
Don’t expect any response from them if you try and reach out. It’s a joke, I sent several messages/emails 4 days ago and no response.
Watch your credit card
I recently checked my transactions after purchasing the app and found out thatt they charge way more then they were supposed to. Had to dispute through my bank.
