Zendesk Chat

Really help me connect with all my online leads, i even use this chat features in my presentations as well that put me ahead of competition. The new app is even better, im connected with my online leads where ever i go. Truly amazing. I recommend everyone to use zopim.

Great apps

This APP has issues that is keeping our company from continuing to use it. Product support is next to non existent.

Like other Zendesk mobile apps it is ok but it’s not great. The sounds for notification ZenDesk offers are the WORST sounding sounds ever and the app keeps logging you out.

Love it Only downside is it auto logs you out. Would be nice if I could just leave it running in background and have chats come in

Pretty much useless, it keeps disconnecting and you miss important chats. Looks nice, if only it worked as good as it looked. When you're connected it works like a charm, when you leave the app, chances are you're going to miss a few chats.
