For a reason I can’t explain, this actually works

You would think that it would take more than a buttoned timer to make you lose tons of weight by fasting, but Zero proved that this is actually possible. The app’s main functionality delivers on its promise. I personally lost tons of weight with Zero and therefore decided to pay - though the free version will get you there anyway.

The app is crashing always since the last update.

This app provide a great way to track my fast and provide useful videos with a lot of information and tips how to keep going and motivate me to keep fasting in a way that suits me. What the app need to polish is the notifications frequently and usability. Many time I see a notification for a new tip and after pressing I get transferred to nothing.

i was cautious about approaching intermittent fasting. i had just gone off medication that made me gain weight very fast, and lose it excruciatingly slow, all the while being hungry all the time. started using zero, and between the lovely UI, the ample resources in the "learn" tab (for dispelling myths and answering questions), i lost 3kg in under two months and my energy levels skyrocketed. this is the only review i've ever left but honestly they deserve it for creating the only app that ever helped me lose weight. thanks zero team, keep it up :)

I tried IF recently and immediately looked for a companion app so I can track my progress. I stumbled upon this app, which also offers nice features for the Apple Watch and has a great design which is important to me.
