Zero: Fasting & Health Tracker

Very motivating app.. only issue is that the graph is not showing up in the me section…

started using this app 5 months ago and I can’t stop using it. During the 7 days free trial I learnt so much and it really helped me and kept me motivated to get fit and loose weight just like that I lost 11kg. I have never felt better I feel so light. I feel happy about my self and the app keeps checking on me how am feeling during the fast. I have referred Zero to so many of my friends. I really don’t know where I would be with this Zero. I know it’s sounds wired 😄 but this is the truth. To everyone else out there who is looking for a way to loose weight and feel good. This app will guide you all the way. Read about IF bcus you have too otherwise you would not know what’s happening to your body while your fasting.

Hey, this is a great app to motivate you to start and continue to follow intermittent fasting. I’ve been using this app close to 150 days with great results. I’ve lost more than 30 pounds by following the fasting routines given by this app. No ads as well. Developers of this app are altruistic as they have made the app purely to help us on our journey for fitness! Fasting is for me the best habit I have included in my life so far with great results! Monitoring the fasting hours, customizing fasts and making sure you discipline yourself to follow through can be competently carried out with this app. I’ve been losing weight, staying motivated and actually seeing results than I’ve seen without this app for an entire year. Proud of the work put in and incredibly happy about the app being so accessible!

Before this app I was used to do the fasting by manually tracking time, now it is great, and it is a great motivational factor where you can view your weekly progress 👍👍👍👍👍

There are no free options to use this app it says in app purchases but you have to purchase. I would prefer to use a free version of an app like this for a few months and then would switch to subscription like how my fitness does.

Joined the app went through the process and then it try’s to force you to subscribe for free with paid in 7 days. I don’t want paid I want the free version.

I never got an email from the app saying they are charging and yet I was logged out with my information. It would have been nice To know been a customer for 4 years.
