Great app to track intermittent fasting and log how you were feeling. Stats are readily available. Would definitely recommend

This is a great APP - highly recommended

This is one of my favorite fasting apps, but it can be better with these improvements: Provide the option to include minutes in the fast as well, not only hours. For example, being able to change my fast from being 10 hours long to 10 hours and 45 minutes. Being able to schedule and prepare future fasts. For example, today I am doing 10 hours and I wish to do a 24 hour fast two days from now. If you decide to implement this feature, please also give us the options for notification reminders. Making it more iPad friendly. Right now, using it on my iPad shows me a smaller than normal screen with the option of zooming in. I hope that you make it fit the entire iPad screen. So easy to use and setup. Easy to setup different fasting methods

I utterly enjoy using this app. What I love about it is how effective it’s simplicity yet effectiveness in monitoring my daily fasts. Well done.

It might be in the mind but this app really helped me, the fact that I didn’t need to keep track of the time made fasting for a long time much easier

There are no free options to use this app it says in app purchases but you have to purchase. I would prefer to use a free version of an app like this for a few months and then would switch to subscription like how my fitness does.

Love this app

Joined the app went through the process and then it try’s to force you to subscribe for free with paid in 7 days. I don’t want paid I want the free version.

I never got an email from the app saying they are charging and yet I was logged out with my information. It would have been nice To know been a customer for 4 years.
