And the app wanted to take money when I just tried to sign up 🤨

Nothing special

It’s really nothing special. It does everything every other workout app does and the “coaches” are literally generic with predisposition responses every week. They truly believe if you do exactly what they do then you will have the results they have but any logical coach that is not true. Everyone has different health concerns so if a client is working on them and they are meeting your results messaging them to say well you must not be sticking to the plan that’s why it’s not working shows how uneducated these coaches are. And I tried this for 4 months. Also the challenge is not fair if you don’t have a Facebook how are you being punished and ineligible to receive a prize if you are still doing the work? So because I don’t use Facebook but I put in the work just like everyone else I don’t count? So yea it’s average literally there is nothing this app provides that most other fitness apps don’t.

The only fitness app you need!

Incredible. The knowledge, the support and accountability are unmatched. Macro tracking with preloaded foods and the ability to add foods. Workouts and the ability to add workouts. Coaching and personalized coaching with videos and messaging. Nutrition. Personalized macros. Supplementation. Motivation. That’s just the beginning. The only app you need! Thanks to my personal coach Michael Derenski for all the help along the way on my personal fitness journey. So amazed at all this app can do for me and my journey.

I was a bit disappointed and I intend to find a better Macros app. The company is primarily a supplement company, so your advisor will suggest you buy a lot of things! I also found my advisor was not available to me and did not have a deep understanding of metabolic adaptation or reverse dieting. As women, especially over 45, we do not need to be told to continue cutting calories and to “probably stay there for a year.”

I really want to like it

There are a lot of benefits to this app, but the constant glitching is beyond frustrating. This app costs way too much for it to be buggin out all the time.

awful program

1st phorm has changed so much and not for the better..you sign up with an advisor and the person doesn’t care. They have too many clients it seems. They need to figure out a different system cause no one gets actually help or guidance at all! Not worth the time or money for this app. Get my fitness pal, 100% worth it!

Not worth the price

The programs but the app consistently glitches, it will kick me out of the program that I am on and it signs me out. Disappointed because the price doesn’t reflect the performance of this app.

Functions well!

I’ve enjoyed using this app so far. I haven’t had any issues tracking my macros and really love having this option. The workout programs are awesome and I love what you guys do. There is only one thing I can think of I’d love to see built upon: Create more videos for your “How to” sections in the workout plans. If you have an exercise written into a program it needs to be covered. I’ve noticed quite a few exercises not have a visual how-to available which has made me go outside the app to see how it is performed. I feel like the more you are able to keep the user in your app to find the information they need to learn and be engaged the better. Thank you!

Never Do Business with 1st Phorm

1st Phorm and their app are worse than basically any other supplement company out there. I would highly not recommend doing business with them. The main reason I say this is because they are not loyal to their customers or the people that stand behind their mission to get “real and long term results.” As an example, they used to send a handwritten note in every order I purchased but once I became a monthly customer stopped sending them all together. I called to complain multiple times but never got anywhere. Also, stay far away from their Legionarie program. It’s expensive and basically an MLM. They make plenty of claims about how you can make money in the program without backing up any of it. And when you do the assignments and you’re income doesn’t grow, they still make you pay $115 to be a part of the program with basically no support. I have a lot more to say but bottom line don’t do business with 1st Phorm.
