1st Phorm

After the the latest app update it kicked me out of my account and I can not log back in. Just consistently says server error.

I’m not going to pay just to see if the app even works. I just wanted to try the nutrition tracker. I’ve been buying 1st Phorm supplements for over a year now and they have a 110% money back guarantee. Unless the app has the same I’m not going to pay before I even know if the app works. Also, making me go through the whole signup process before telling me I can’t do anything without paying is pretty scummy.

If you follow what you’re told, and do the WORK, this app/community is absolutely life changing!!! DO IT! 💪🏼

I love this App! Tracking is easy. There’s a scan so you can scan bar codes. They have almost every food in there. The other features that are great is having the advisor to chat and check in with! It’s so helpful to have someone to coach you and help you tweak your macros if you need to. I also love the daily education and live videos. I have learned so much. You have to get on live a couple days a week, it really makes a difference. AND I love the workouts they have in the app. It’s so nice to just open those up and have your weight lifting plan done for you! There’s a big variety for all types of people and what they might need. So happy with this app, been using it for a couple years now. Worth the money!! And worth it for the extra advisor cost.

The app is good for what it does. The database for food isn’t the greatest. The main factor for the 3 stars is the recent price increase. No value added but the price went up and more than doubled. Over time the advisor loses interest and doesn’t interact anymore. Disappointed as I’ve used the app on and off over the last few years.

I thought it was a free app but you can’t do anything in “free”

Overall, I think this is a great app. The nutrition tracking has been easier for me to use than others I’ve tried. I was turned on to 1st Phorm by someone on instagram. I was super inspired by them. When I joined the app, I got a coach that I didn’t feel matched my energy or life understanding. Getting messages to and from seemed pointless and I didn’t feel heard. After 6 months of failed attempts, I switched coaches to the person I found on instagram. You can choose your coach!! That made a huge difference. Just wish there was a way I could share the app with others to encourage them to track their macros without paying $10/mo. So many I’ve talked to about it have been turned off by it. Makes it hard to grow the team.

I sat looking at a photo of myself realizing I didn’t like who I had become . I was a wife and a mom and a colleague taking care of everything but myself. The app made the difference . Paying the subscription to ga e a real life coach I had to check in with made all the difference - it’s accountability . 1 yr and 25 lbs down and maintaining it ! It’s about learning how to create a healthy sustainable life not quick fixes.

I joined the challenge 1st phorm did at the end of 2024 and lost 12 lbs during it. After that I spent 2 months using other apps just to see what else was out there. I’ve just signed back up and paid for a year of premium because this is the best health and fitness app currently on the App Store. Real stoked to be back and ready for the next challenge!

I’ve upgraded my phone from an iPhone 12 to 16 & I can no longer open the app. What do I do?
