1st Phorm

Updated 12/25/24 Ok, after about a month of not having the app, I decided to go back to it and even doing the premium option bc Coach Meg and the daily live streams keep me accountable and are my favorite parts of the app. Well thankfully I decided to do that bc when I calculated the annual billing it’s actually the same cost as the old monthly price! 🙌🏼 Sooo happy about that! Can’t wait to hit my new goals in 2025! I absolutely love 1st phorm and their supplements. I’ve been using the app since March and I’ve lost 40 lbs in 9 months. My Coach Meg is absolutely amazing, my husband and I spend hundreds of dollars a month on supplements bc they WORK and we love them so much. I listen(ed) to the live streams 2-3x a week, talked to my coach almost daily, logged all my food, did what I was supposed to do but then tonight when I went to log dinner I was forced to lose my coach or pay more than double what I’ve been paying per month. Why would you do this to us?! 😭I feel like I’m going through a breakup lol undecided on whether or not I’ll continue the app. I wish I didn’t have to make this decision or they could have at least given a heads up in the app… a little disappointed. Will still use the supplements though bc no one does salted PB like 1P

App is great as far as layout and how easy it is to work, but my scanner doesn’t work most of the time. What’s the point of a scanner if I always have to manuallly input stuff?! Fix this. Adding to my review seeing that a lot of my foods still don’t scan in, but now they are more than doubling the price of the app. Please fix these bug prior to charging more. Charging more should be due to adding more value.

Definitely not worth the new price. Even the lower membership is steep now since it is only tracking and no advisor feature. in the 1.5 years I have had the app, there has been little improvement and the workouts have virtually stayed the same.

Talk about a price increase! When the country is paying high prices for everything else 1st Phorm could help but get a little further into everyone’s wallets. Nope…not mine!

I love your app and my coach but you have just priced me out of the market by more than doubling your price. Sad.

I used the app consistently for my workouts for a few months, happy with the workouts. I was paying. $14.99/mo which I felt was reasonable though on the higher end in comparison to other workout planners. I felt the benefits of chatting with a coach to outright that price so that is why I joined at the time. I can tell you from experience I do not still feel there is a benefit to the coach. The calorie tracker is cumbersome, not smart. It takes a lot of personal effort to track in the system in comparison to designed calorie tracking apps. I did not use that feature due to this. There are typos in the workouts. This month I was notified the price was increased to $29.99/mo. This is absolutely not worth the price for the app. There are better options that are indeed less money per month. I have cancelled and suspect lots more will cancel.

I’ve used this app over the course of the past 2 years and it’s was integral in helping me lose over 150lbs! I use the macro tracker along with the 30 minute emoms and it was the perfect recipe for my weight loss. Highly recommend this app over the others. I see they set up a new tier system for their subscriptions, curious how that will work out next month.

Used the app for a while and found it okay, slightly better than MyFitnessPal. I got the notification raising the price from $13 to $30 and cancelled before the notification even closed out. App is worth no more than maybe $8 a month. Certain QoL improvements and app fixes I waited for just never arrived. May consider coming back if the entire team gets replaced.

Great app and great way to keep track of your nutrition but the price has gone up from 5.99 to 29.99 by December.
