Dont waste your time downloading
Won't let me view flight details or check in unless I have the latest update. New update won't let me check-in online, get a boarding pass and show gate. Terrible.
Extremely Inconvenient
The check-in process has been extremely inconvenient, especially if you’re travelling. The airline has made an otherwise straightforward seat selection impossible, adding to the general stress of long-haul flights. Avoiding flying with them in the future.
Awful
This App is awful and my experience with this airline has been awful. I was unable to change the date of my return flight via the app or website so had to call them. Unfortunately for me, to make the change I had to pay 5x more in terms of flight price difference when doing it over the phone compared to the app. Just awful. Errors in app. Slow. Don’t recommend app or use of the airline
Useful for multi city travel
Useless and waste of time for multicity or connecting flights. Need add more info on status of flight, Like gate#.
Terrible
I have an account, I forgot the password, reset password, new password won’t work, create new account, insists I link accounts but won’t give me the info to link. Disaster.
Can’t locate reservations
Defeats the whole purpose.
Broken website broken app
First time flying with Aer Lingus and the last time. No easy way to check in for partner airline flights, my check in’s cannot be found sometimes through the horribly broken third class online system. No digital issuing of my boarding passes ever, most inconvenient, incompetent system I have ever seen. “Sorry, boarding passes are not available”. Step it up aer lingus.
Absolutely awful!!!
Can’t login even when all else fails and I reset the password. Site accepts password and login... until you try to log in. It’s the most frustrating app ever. And I still can’t log in!
Not up to date
I’m sitting at the gate and the board tells me that my 8pm flight is delayed yet it’s 7:58pm and the app claims it’s on time. Not helpful at all!
