Booking a trip to your favourite destination has never been easier. Search flights and when you find the one that’s right for you book it on the app using Apple Pay or a saved payment card to check out swiftly, safely and securely. Your recent searches will be automatically saved for extra convenience when planning your trip.

Keep track of your Aer Lingus flight bookings all in one place, under My Trips. View your upcoming trip details and itinerary, check in for your return trip, reserve a seat or even change your booking if you need to. Having the Aer Lingus app on your device is also a great way to keep informed with check in status, gate numbers and gate changes.

Check in for your flight and store your boarding pass safely in the app or in your Apple Wallet. This digital boarding pass will allow you to travel through the airport quickly, speed up boarding and also reduce paper waste. Failing at payment
I have tried to book flights twice in the past 4 days for the same destination. Each time the payment failed, even though there is money in my account. The main issue is that the money has already been taken out of my account for the flights and is now left pending (which I have to wait over a week to be lodged back into my account). I have used 2 different cards and both had the same issue. I rang Air Lingus customer service on this and they said it was my banks network which must have crashed. Which is clearly not the case. I cannot cancel the pending transaction as it’s Air Lingus who are the merchant, but they can’t see the transaction on their end since their app failed in the payment process. I’m now waiting €2,000 to be lodged back into my bank account so I can for the third time buy flights. If it works this time…

Can’t ’do anything..
It says can’t manage your reservation, meaning I can’t see my seats, my bags, food nothing.. for a full international flight. The app is like 1999..
