No communication regarding blocking someone’s account, one of my friend asked to transfer some money to his alhilal digital account for an emergency case ,then he was not able to withdraw the money through ATM .later he came to know his account is blocked. As per customer service Centre his biometric not captured by bank . Same time he received bank welcome kit only after validating his biometric. There is no branches here in western region to visit and update same as per their information. He need to travel 300 Km to update his biometric. What happened is that I lost my money as the account is still blocked ….

App is amazing, but it crashes on launch on iphone 11 ios 14.1 Kindly fix this problem devs...I can’t really update to higher versions of iOS hence pl fix this on 14.1 Thanks

Everything seems good, easy to use overall. The only issue is that we can’t add a card to the Apple wallet. We always want to carry the ATM card with us to use. Please add an option to add a card to the Apple wallet
