I think this app is great and the other apps I’ve tried I had to log in and me being younger than 18 I think it’s great but I was excepting more out of the app and I still don’t really k ow how to use it. I offten wake up in the middle of the night and feel paranoid and one night I had a panic attack I didn’t know what to do so I got this app and I felt better so you should get this app I totally recommend it

I think this app is great. It is pretty good for immediate help. I wish it had more strategies but other wise it is great. I am happy I don't have to search the web for ways to help my anxiety. I have a app right here to help me instead. Thanks Anxiety no more! 👍🏻

One of the ideas is " consider how anxiety ruins your life" -I don't want anxiety, I have complex ptsd. Complete waste of time, memory, and waste of an application.

Gives ways to relieve stress and that's about it. Doesn't tell you anything that Google won't tell you when you search "ways to relieve stress". Waste of time.
