Like the app so far but when I want to invest in the savings plan the app keeps crashing and it’s stressing.

Everything works very reliably so far. It worked in all Vietnam ATM's. I do not like to periodical SMS to log in the app though, and the reliance on SMS to confirm money wire. Also  Pay would be nice to have. The app itself outside of the SMS remarks is very appreciated by me.

I recently changed my phonenumber from local to worldwide. I can not access my account anymore. I called several times, send 8 emails, no response! It is NOT normal that your account is blocked due to a phone number. You should always reach your account in other ways to change your OWN number in your OWN account. All my other bank accounts it was NOT a problem at all. I want to close my account and the money transfered to another bank account, but NOBEBODY respond! Very bad service. —- Update I don’t have a number, meanwhile they contacted my after 4 days! My account is still blocked because of the ridiculous method, which makes it impossible to change your phone number. That's something you as developers have to solve. No bank has ONLY verification by phone number!!! Not a single one!

So yeah please add it as an option for the KYC. Also the connection to IDnow is somewhat weird, dropping quite often when trying to establish.
