Please fix it quickly

i got approved with cbd titanium credit card last July 2023 and after a couple of days card was already visible in the mobile application but the problem is up to this very moment the physical card is not yet delivered to me, been following up with their customer service and always saying that they will arrange a delivery but still nothing happens😤

It is giving me a hard time when transferring money. It takes days before I receive the money and until now the money that I have transfer I haven't receive any of it. But it's already been deducted to my account. What a headache!!!

Fast service

Its not easy to open the app, always buggy and it takes time time to open and check things when u want to do transactions.I think you need to check and fix it time to time.

Suddenly become very slow and buggy..

This app’s live chat feature is very frustrating. It automatically disconnects after 2mins of inactivity on the part of the customer. And there is no response whatsoever from a live agent. The CTAs on the app are confusing and does not match what’s in the website. This leads to a customer journey that is unnecessarily confusing and terribly annoying. This app is all about poor user experience.

I’m always using cbd for sending money in the Philippines and less than 5mins my family received it. While I’m writing this,2 times happened to me that it took 2-3days to receive the money and the agent i spoke and chat is not doing anything. I asked them to make for me incident report but no comment. They will say it will be credited to your account end of the day.
