If platform enhancements are taking this long, there should be clear updates or alternative solutions provided to customers. I need this resolved urgently."

Service is getting worst after the update. Its buggy and so slow and even the deposit in my accnt yesterday (13/07) in not coming until now (14/07). Now my payment is in overdue now and i need to pay the due because of this update! I call service center and they told me to wait.

Please fix it quickly

i got approved with cbd titanium credit card last July 2023 and after a couple of days card was already visible in the mobile application but the problem is up to this very moment the physical card is not yet delivered to me, been following up with their customer service and always saying that they will arrange a delivery but still nothing happens😤

It is giving me a hard time when transferring money. It takes days before I receive the money and until now the money that I have transfer I haven't receive any of it. But it's already been deducted to my account. What a headache!!!

Fast service

Its not easy to open the app, always buggy and it takes time time to open and check things when u want to do transactions.I think you need to check and fix it time to time.

Suddenly become very slow and buggy..

This app’s live chat feature is very frustrating. It automatically disconnects after 2mins of inactivity on the part of the customer. And there is no response whatsoever from a live agent. The CTAs on the app are confusing and does not match what’s in the website. This leads to a customer journey that is unnecessarily confusing and terribly annoying. This app is all about poor user experience.
