They sell fake products. I ordered a pair of Stuart Weitzman Simple Sandals , and it’s different from original one and also different from photo on their size. I have similar model in other color from The outnet and ones from cettire 100% fake. No gold mark on sole, different color and size of furniture, different insole made, no brand tags on wrapping paper. Customer service is terrible too, I ordered shoes 12th December and they didn’t ship it till 14th January, on 11 January I asked them to cancel my order and make refund and they just ignored me and send this fake pair of shoes. And now I need to return it and pay for return 25$ and lose all my taxes 88$ because taxes are not refundable. Skam, don’t buy here.

I purchased one coat here, but so far it has not been shipped out. It’s already been 9 days. I tried to contact the customer service and sent messages to them several times. But no one answered. They already charged the fee to my credit card, but no shipping! I will not recommend this website to anyone. Horrible!

Got my package delivered to the wrong address and still didn’t get my money back. Send them my claim now there want me to send letter from DHL stating that my package was lost and DHL want them to make the claim since they are the shipper.i m just stuck in the middle with no package no refund

I ordered first time 2 weeks ago, and my order has still not shipped yet. Customer service can not tell me when I will receive my package. They said due to Australian holidays they preparing my order very slow, and it should be shipped from Italy

It took Cettire FOUR emails to customer service for them to bother responding. Six days after placing an order they never got around to shipping it so I inquired when they would ship and when they finally got around to it they replied that they ship in ten business days! How hard it it to put a shoe box in the mail? Avoid.

The website stated if you download the app. Use first10 for 10% off code stated invalid. Kindly advise

I order some sunglasses and they said they shipped about a week and a half ago. The shipment always says it’s still in Milan which that was over a week and a half ago. Decided to call DHL to see if they got our package and they have told us that they haven’t even received it. Horrible customer service since it takes them I don’t even know how many business days to reply and on top of that you can’t cancel your order when it has shipped. This page is awful and I do not recommend you buying from them.
