Return
The worst company when it comes to return policy. They simply mention that they have return. But the don’t accept n make charges on u n tell u to pay. The quality of products is also bad. Don’t buy from them
Worst customer services
Worst customer services, they are not responding .. shipping taking a lot of time, not as they mentioned in the app
This shop is fake.
They didnt ship my order even after 2 weeks. No order. No money!!!
Sent me a wrong sized item + Very bad customer service
Sent the wrong size of my order and when i emailed their customer service and returned the item, they responded after how many days but didn’t own up to their mistake. Only got partial refund because of bizarre reasons— quality checks(?) I say, this is stealing from customers!! This just shows how poor their customer service is.
Fakes
Cettire send a fakes, in addition they send items of poor quality, crumpled in some kind of package. And when you make a return, they do not refund the full cost, only part of payment. Be careful, I don’t recommend dealing with cettire!
Fake product!!!
I bought a Mont Blanc sunglasses, completely fake, after 6 days waiting for product, I received the low quality product but just maybe 5% cheaper than Mont Blanc shop.
Bad Customer Service
I used this website so many times. However they have extremely bad customer service and they never honor their mistakes. With my last order they charged me express shipping fees of 95 aed, but the shipping was anything but express. It took them more than 3 weeks to dispatch one of my items, after one million email to their customer service, so instead of delivering it within a week time, it was delivered like 4 weeks after. And when I contacted them like you should at least refund the express shipping fees as a compensation for your mistake, they refused and it was it is what it is and we won’t offer you anything, not to mention the lame excuses they were using!!! I am truly shocked with their poor customer service!!
Just got my purchase
I purchased then i read the comments which made me scared but i got what i want within 1 week ! With very huge discount compared to the brand shop! Will definitely buy again
