I ordered alexander mcqueen shoes about 1,5 weeks ago. I have received an order confirmation but stil no send information. I have been trying to get in contact but they just do not respond to my emails. I am still waiting for my shoes with I paid almost €500 for and have no reaction what so ever on my correspondence. I will contact my creditcard company today and thy to see if they can help me. I really did not expect this from this company because of all the brands they are working with. I hope trough this way I might get there attention and maybe I will get a response.
I ordered a wallet which I really need because I lost my other one so I decided to give this site a try. Been over ten days now and nothing has happened. Absolutely nothing. They basically just stole $150 from me.

I bought the wrong size and I returned it’s was charged $28 dollars for return shipping and I contracted but no one answered me , I will never shop here again
I bought a purse using a gift card from them. They haven’t refunded me and it’s been 1 month! I’m shocked
I ordered an item and they charged my card when the status said canceled. I then opt to re order and the same issue happened again and i logout and everything was gone . I then proceeded to email multiple times for a refund and no answer , i ordered once more because this is a Christmas gift and the same thing happened again. I need to get refunded immediately and no response from the customer care team
Takes days to respond to email inquiries and the responses do not address the actual concern. The bag I received is defective - the buckle is broken - and there’s no way for me to return it and receive a full refund. They keep fees for shipping and taxes or duties. There’s also no way to exchange it. I did receive a reply to my email, however it took days, and didn’t address this concern and asked me to send a picture of the shoe box (I ordered a handbag). By the time they respond to the next one, I’m sure the return window will be expired. It will be cheaper for me to try to get the bag repaired than to loose the money for taxes and duties
