Return policy is illegal! 25 euros per item! You are only allowed to cancel an order during 24 hours and only items that are not processed. I have tried to cancel an order less than 24 hours, but they moved items to processed, Sent them emails, nothing was canceled. The order was only sent in a week, but not canceled! During all that time I‘ve been emailing customer service asking not to sent those items. I see now that I'm not the only one. This is fraud. I contacted a lawyer, they have no right to take such an amount for a refund.

This service is scam, places an order and 3 days after it was canceled without any reasons, and I didn’t get refund for $400. Customer support is HORRIBLE, they do not respond to your emails, no online chat or phone number to call. This is the worst experience I had in my life!!!

My wife ordered a T-Shirt more than month ago, and we haven’t received it yet. We asked to demand our money back, but no one accepted our request. For now customer service of Cettire doesn’t even answer on our requests. They sold their reputation for 300€, that’s all that you need to know about this company. Highly recommend not to instal their app and not to buy anything from their site or app. Save your your money.

I purchased one coat here, but so far it has not been shipped out. It’s already been 9 days. I tried to contact the customer service and sent messages to them several times. But no one answered. They already charged the fee to my credit card, but no shipping! I will not recommend this website to anyone. Horrible!

Got my package delivered to the wrong address and still didn’t get my money back. Send them my claim now there want me to send letter from DHL stating that my package was lost and DHL want them to make the claim since they are the shipper.i m just stuck in the middle with no package no refund

I ordered first time 2 weeks ago, and my order has still not shipped yet. Customer service can not tell me when I will receive my package. They said due to Australian holidays they preparing my order very slow, and it should be shipped from Italy

It took Cettire FOUR emails to customer service for them to bother responding. Six days after placing an order they never got around to shipping it so I inquired when they would ship and when they finally got around to it they replied that they ship in ten business days! How hard it it to put a shoe box in the mail? Avoid.

The website stated if you download the app. Use first10 for 10% off code stated invalid. Kindly advise

I order some sunglasses and they said they shipped about a week and a half ago. The shipment always says it’s still in Milan which that was over a week and a half ago. Decided to call DHL to see if they got our package and they have told us that they haven’t even received it. Horrible customer service since it takes them I don’t even know how many business days to reply and on top of that you can’t cancel your order when it has shipped. This page is awful and I do not recommend you buying from them.
