They forgot my blue cheese. They are really good food, but they keep forgetting a lot of stuff like they forget their ice when you get there they don’t have ice when you asked for ketchup or anything like that your condiments they don’t ever have it and I paid money for their blue cheese and they didn’t even give it to me.

Not only is there no place to complain about problems with your order, there is no resolution. Will not be ordering again.

It’s so clunky and awkward. You can’t set a home restaurant. It doesn’t show the price for anything until multiple screens and clicks. It doesn’t have any deals or coupons. It’s practically unusable. My boyfriend has the same app for android and it looks like a slightly improved version of this awful mess. Uninstalling, thanks for the 15 minutes of aggravation.

The Karl Road Rally’s has terrible service. They were rude, acted like it was an inconvenience to get my order, and I had ordered online and it was supposed to be ready but had to wait an additional 15 minutes (so a total of almost 30 minutes) to get my order. This is the closest Rally’s to my home and it always seems to take forever to get my order and generally the people are less than nice and act like it is an inconvenience to do their job.

I ordered 10 piece wings an got 6 …them wings way to high to not get the full order !! Not satisfied with this location

For only having 3 people working during lunch they busted out my order in less than 10 minutes the lady that was running the cash register handing out orders and running out to cars to give was doing an amazing job. Ordered at 2:19 got my food by 2:29

Horribly developed app that doesn’t perform well at all. Needs to be completely scrapped and built from scratch. Insane

I love the smoky bbq bacon Buford, it is my favorite burger of all time, yet online you can’t take off the mayo. Makes me not get it and kinda erking me. You can take off mayo on all the other burgers but not the smoky bbq bacon Buford. I’ve written multiple comments and all I want is to be able to order my burger with no mayo without actually having to order it in person. I will change my review to 5 starts once we can do this. The app just updated (awesome update) but just let me take of the mayo please 😭😭😭

My local Rally’s serves bowls of chili but it is not available for order on the app. I don’t bother with it anymore. Don’t wanna have to place two different orders.
