DHL Express Mobile App

App is useless in that I have to log in approximately every 24hrs and it doesn't remember my username nor password. This is both super annoying and frustrating. Deleting the app and using a more reliable 3rd party app.

The new system of having to be home is quite frankly Stone Age Sending a text to allow delivery is flawed with danger Most weeks I get emailed or text that are scam for delivery How do I tell the difference? Get with the program and deliver the packages

Either computers are down, or telephone is down, Customer service? Doesn’t exist with these muppets! Nothing but issues, You try and change delivery to pick up, such a long drawn out debacle that I downloaded the App thinking it would assist but…. No total waste of time.

I was very pleased with how fast my parcel get delivered from Japan to NZ (in 3 business days). The shop sent my order on Thursday and received my it on Monday 😊. Also, this courier charge less than the other. Great job team 👏

If you work or go to school, don’t expect to get Your parcel. Customer service is bad and there is no way to get parcel delivery redirected or even to collect at the post office. Useless. This was a delivery from Apple which required a signature

Just paid thousands to have 3 items shipped from the US to New Zealand. Items arrived in NZ after about 5 days which I thought was quite reasonable but after that it all went south, DHL NZ Express do not deserve the Express title. Items sat in Auckland NZ for over a month and if I wasn’t ringing them every few days to push them along god know how long they would have sat there. Over 6 weeks to get my items delivered. Totally unacceptable service for the price paid. Any requests or emails from DHL were answered in 3-4 hours. Often the only way I found out what the next step was, was by ringing customer service after seeing no action for a few days, I will definitely not be recommending or using DHL again.
