The app closes when i want to open my saved labels

Good APP! Pls translate to Russian Language..! ;)

The app needs to be updated immediately. Loses the Bluetooth connection all the time, when adding a text you can’t see what you’re typing probably because of an issue with the background, labels can’t be saved and the general UI is not very compatible with the latest iPhones

Πραγματικά δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω πως μία τόσο κακογραμμένη εφαρμογή κυκλοφορεί για ένα τόσο επώνυμο προϊόν. Δεν ξέρω από πού ν’αρχίσω με τα ελαττώματα της εφαρμογής.Θα αναφέρω δύο τα οποία είναι και τα κυριότερα προβλήματα αρχικά χάνει συνέχεια την επαφή με το Bluetooth. κάθε φορά που σβήνει το τηλέφωνο Πρέπει να ξανά συνδέσω την συσκευή.Το εικονίδιο το οποίο πρέπει να πατήσεις για εκτύπωση βρίσκεται στην πάνω δεξιά γωνία ακριβώς κάτω από το σύμβολο της μπαταρίας του σήματος της κινητής και του Wi-Fi με αποτέλεσμα Αν δεν έχεις μικροσκοπικά δαχτυλάκια δεν μπορείς να το πατήσεις με καμιά Παναγία. Η εφαρμογή είναι τόσο δύσχρηστη που απλά το προϊόν το έχω πεταμένο στην άκρη και δεν το χρησιμοποιώ. Αναγκαστικά και αγόρασα άλλο ετικετογραφο της brother για να μπορώ να κάνω τη δουλειά μου. Θα έπρεπε να ντρέπεστε που κυκλοφορείτε ένα προϊόν που λειτουργεί αποκλειστικά με μία τόσο κακογραμμένη εφαρμογή ειλικρινά είναι ντροπή σας

Can’t find network printer. It’s useless.

It would be difficult to create an exhaustive list of all the features this app is either lacking or that work poorly. That a company as established as Dymo would offer such a flawed application to customers who have purchased their products is baffling. They would be much better off just saying they don’t support mobile devices.

I’ve had this app for several years and I finally, today, deleted it. I purchased a Brother label printer and it’s SO much better. The problem with the app is that it constantly, constantly, loses the BT connection. And the incessant multiple taps to make its functions work is incredibly frustrating.

Don’t buy a DYMO machine thinking you can buy labels anywhere. No, they force you to buy only their labels because the have a chip that is read to make sure it’s their paper. The software will not recognize any other label other than the ones they sell. As if the machines and software weren’t bad enough. Poor customer service. You’re wasting money and your time!! It’s a total rip off.

This app has had not many updates, so this think it had not many problems to fix. Wrong. If I had a nickel for every quit and restart required of this app I’d be a millionaire and not waste time reviewing. After the latest update, they have reversed otherwise normal functionality. Now, finding a label printer on the network is faster— but then when connected and creating a label: -Typing on the virtual keyboard to add text, now shows WHITE font on WHITE background— you can’t see the test just typed. You have to tap out of the keyboard and then view whatever ends up in the text box. -Doing a Save of a label, does not allow finding that saved label in the Open a Label dialog- it’s empty -Finally going to Print the label so histrionically created per above, results in endless Tap of the Print icon—- tap it twice, tap it 40 times doesn’t matter— the app locks up so tight you have to restart it to print. Then when you go back in, guess what no label nor Saved one. So in this regard the Print icon is simply a cruel taunt. These issues match the flaky LabelWriter line I have experienced (it’s not just one). And the app does this above on any phone w any iOS version so don’t even go there.
