The app closes when i want to open my saved labels

The app is good enough for basic use. Can the developer please update it tho. As the print option is almost at the edge of the screen. And the new iPhones its a struggle to operate it. Please sort the layout.

I am using this with iPhone 12 , it takes long time to connect. App works so bad that it hangs. Eventually one has to restart. Either app needs update or don’t buy the product as it is painful to operate.

The App is very basic with no updates. Works ok. The App now is crashing while I try to select Opened Labels Option. I may have to reinstall the app. All my saved Labels will be lost. The App also has issue reconnecting to Bluetooth. We have to manually connect the device to Bluetooth in Settings then kill the DYMO Connect App and Re-Open it. I wonder why they are not fixing the bugs since this app is the backbone of device. There is no other alternative for this App

Never connects when you want to use the printer. Need to swtich on & swtich off 10 times before it'll print. Your software has major issues please fix these issues so that we can make use of the $60 spent on the DYMO Mobile Labeler!!

Can’t find network printer. It’s useless.

It would be difficult to create an exhaustive list of all the features this app is either lacking or that work poorly. That a company as established as Dymo would offer such a flawed application to customers who have purchased their products is baffling. They would be much better off just saying they don’t support mobile devices.

I’ve had this app for several years and I finally, today, deleted it. I purchased a Brother label printer and it’s SO much better. The problem with the app is that it constantly, constantly, loses the BT connection. And the incessant multiple taps to make its functions work is incredibly frustrating.

Don’t buy a DYMO machine thinking you can buy labels anywhere. No, they force you to buy only their labels because the have a chip that is read to make sure it’s their paper. The software will not recognize any other label other than the ones they sell. As if the machines and software weren’t bad enough. Poor customer service. You’re wasting money and your time!! It’s a total rip off.
