This is a very bad joke!
That printer, that apk are totaly useless! SCRAP!
I cannot use it anymore.
After I change my phone to 15pro, I cannot use the app. The templet that I made before, all the text is not English is broken and is not shown. Even when I type in English, I cannot see the letter. If you guys don't fix this problem, it is garbage. If I can give zero star, I would do.
App won’t connect
App won’t connect to printer now that you updated it, factory reset the printer and connected to wifi again….nothing. This printer is now completely useless
Most recent update literally ruined app
Need to use this app for work and the most recent update literally makes it unusable. Takes like 20 minutes to get the printer connected now. then once you do it gets mad at you when you try to select the correct label size that we’ve been using for years. It deleted all of our templates. And best of all when we try to edit the labels and type out what we need it to say YOU CANT SEE WHAT YOURE TYPING. useless app. Wish I wasn’t forced to use it for work.
