The registration process is complicated, you have to fill bunch of information, can not select other country than Spain… Just pain. But luckily, it at least works in the end (compared to other apps), although the real time monitoring does not work in the app.
Unable to change country of residence, unable to register payment method. Really bad experience.
Just a horrible app. Registration went fine after 5 tries, but you cannot add billing address, cannot add payment method, all the time the same error “Attention. something went wrong. So the app is useless and unusable, “great job” EnelX 😀
I tried to login using apple ID, but the app answered: Opps, something went wrong. I tried to login through username and password. After confirming Terms, the app said: opps, something when wront. So I tried to use the app to send an error report through the app, and again, the answer from the app was: opps, something went wrong.

Bella l’auto elettrica, ottima per ridurre inquinamento in città, bella la app, tutto perfetto. Due note di dolore: 1) i costi della corrente troppo elevati rispetto a casa; 2) gli stalli lasciati occupati da auto endotermiche possedute da persone incivili. Enel, mettete telecamere per lettura targa e mandate in tempo reale i carri attrezzi per rimuoverle.

Dopo più di 10 ore il metodo di pagamento non è ancora attivo, al numero verde dicono che è stato accettato e che devo attendere, nel frattempo con la macchina scarica cosa dovrei fare? Inqualificabili
Ci siamo fermati per ricaricare abbiamo trovato un ristorantino di nome ohi mamma dove l attesa della ricarica è stata resa piacevole
