Zero Comsideration for UX
Unable to add payment method. Error is “Take a look! An error occurred while adding your payment method.” — no other details provided. Unable to use the app, can’t change. Tried at least 10 times, different ways, different accounts/emails. When registering & logging-in via google SSO, you can’t event auto-fill. What’s the point of SSO then? Super clumsy design. 0/0 for UX. Do the developers who make this app actually try to use it in the real world? Disappointment.

Wouldn’t detect the cable was plugged in
FRAUD CHARGES BEWARE
I got this app when I rented an EV in Europe and I’ve been home for a month and received a charge to my card from them. Their app refuses to let me log in as it won’t allow me to switch the log in region. Don’t download this app they will steal your info and then block you from removing it.
Do Not count on it
Apparently associated companies are out of business Bankrupt and public chargers do not work Making this app, a piece of garbage and useless Total waste of time trying to gain a charge during travel
Disappointed but sometimes happy
It was an totally unexpected and disappointed experience have with it previously but somehow currently working very well. Happy with the service receiving now!
Awful not working
terrible app not working not supported unethical owners that dropped support to US juicebox from Emotowerks leaving customers stranded. Stay away from Enel.
Awful
The charger didn’t work at all and the app would only give error messages. Called support and call dropped. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to make car charges that work and apps that work -10/10
No support
There is no US support any longer and it’s impossible to recover the 6 digit pin to access my account and actually use my charger.
Garbage network
Of the 10 chargers at our destination, only 4 were working. The app couldn’t activate any of the remaining chargers. Takes multiple clicks to get to the authorization screen. Compare the app experience with EV-GO: just walk up and tap your phone.
