eSky - Cheap Flights & Travel

This application is a scam just like their websites. You pay for the tickets, but your booking is left pending. You get a weird email with some booking number, but no tickets. It’s a complete scam which makes you think you’re really buying tickets. I don’t understand why these scammers are still here with all these negative reviews even from 2019 and earlier. AppStore, delete this application, stop confusing people!

I booking hotel in Moscow Hilton when I call them they say to me you not have booking I was sleeping in airport chair 8 hours to wait another fly next day I receive from my bank cut money from me when I complemented need return my money back no one answered!!! I will never use this application I hope my money return back soon.

Купил билеты за 270 тыс.руб. Списали оплату, никакого подтверждения не пришло на почту. Заказ висит в статусе «Бронирование не завершено». Телефона для оперативной связи нет, только заявка через сайт. Заявку с жалобой оставил, никто не отреагировал. Уберите приложение из AppStore - это кидалово.

Ужасное приложение!!! Специально нет отмены бронирования , чтобы деньги не возвращать! Все общение по отмене брони только по эл почте - полный бред!!!!!

I booked four tickets, when purchasing the flight they don’t give you the option to choose seats and they don’t assure you whether or not you will have seats, so you may run out of available seats when boarding. One of the travelers contracted COVID-19. I bought comprehensive insurance (allrisk) that guaranteed my money back in case of illness or missed flight. I spent two weeks trying to contact Edistinos company but they didn’t want to help me. They asked me for many documents, according to them, to justify the illness. Anyway, I sent all the documents they asked for and they didn't respond in time until I had to write to them again to find out where my case was going. With one day left before boarding, they sent me an email telling me that the case would pass into the hands of the insurer Allrisk. When I contacted them, they asked me for more documentation and at the end they told me that they won’t cover the loss and I will not recieve a refund even with all documentation in order. So we missed the flight and lost the money. awful!

Absolute worse app there is to book. Don’t do it

This “company” will sell you a flex pack for you to be able to make changes on your flight for a smaller fee… It’s a lie, if they decide it, there will be no flexibility and you won’t be able to make any changes to your flight

the worse app ever. it doesn’t show bookings and waste of time you cannot even contact the airline. they the airline confirmation number.

I reserved a car through eSky car rental and because they didn’t provide accurate information about car rental. I was unable to get my rental. They refused to refund my money and hung up on me. My advice is to DO NOT USE its service.
