If i could give it less than 1 star, i would... 1. I started a free trial. 2. Was charged for it full price. 3. The subscription never activated and was unable to use anything. 4. SUPPORT NEVER ANSWERED. I wrote to them for 4 days straight - nothing. Absolutely horrible experience, would never recommend...
Free trial is a scam-you have to pay immediately and even then you cannot listen to audiobooks - they tell you sign up again and immediately takes you to the page of payment. Horrific.
Good book collection, but last year started problems with opening the app. They promise you can download a book and then read it offline / with no internet available. It’s not the case anymore . The app is just not opening when there’s no connection. It gets stuck and doesn’t open even the list of downloaded books! More than that! Even when you have strong Wi-Fi, it crashes the first time you open it - shows “There’s a problem with your connection. Please check your connection and try again “. It happens every time you open the app! So you need to close it and try to open again - then it works. It so irritating! Thinking of killing the subscription.
Idk if it happened to only me, but I have signed for one month free subscription, and they deleted all my Books by two weeks in a month. Now, if I want to continue reading them, I need to pay monthly fee. How should I know that this is not common thing you are doing? What if I read Books and you just random lt delete them whenever you feel like? I am not going to continue my friendship with this app, but I loved it in the beggining and recommended it to everyone.

Programele lagina kai swipini skaitant ( ypac ant senesniu irenginiu), teksto pazymejimas labai letas, dictionary baltas, net ir atidarius su night modu. Labiausiai nepatiko jog nors ir turi tam tikra tasku kieki, kuriuos galima isikeisti i knygas, tu ju negali isikeisti, jeigu siuo metu neturi premiumo. Pinygu plovimas. Labai nusivyliau sia programele, jeigu turit is kur gaut epub knygu, geriau isikelkit i ibooks ir skaitykit.
