It worked great, until about a week ago, my payment for some reason didn’t go through. Had enough funds, the card is still valid and I haven’t changed anything. Since then I haven’t been able to use the app, can’t even see my profile/subscription, even less change anything, and I can’t sign in on the browser. I have been writing emails for some help and all I get is reminders that subscription isn’t paid BUT I CAN’T DO ANYTHING. Hopefully with public shaming I will get some response or at least be able to cancel the nagging. Not worth it. update: after a millionth time I was able to log into my account on a web browser and the second I succeeded, the money went through. After that, I got an email about how they’ve fixed everything and all is now perfect. However, a few months later, I get charged and within days, I notice my titles aren’t available. Google to the rescue, the terms of the subscription have changed SIGNIFICALLY (I can now ‘rent’ one book per month). Because of the attitude - not informing me in advance that things are changing and the ignorance of beforehand difficulties with the app, I have decided I have enough. To my surprise - I can’t cancel the subscription. As soon as I reach the point where I’m suppose to click Cancel, it informs me, I have no subscription to cancel. This has now been going on for over a week, I had a chat with AI which didn’t get the problem, and am again getting ignored by all the emails (should answer within max 48 hours, not happening in the least. More like over a month, just enough to charge me all over again). Anyway. STAY AWAY

3 months ago i’ve tried their free trial plan. As I hadn’t use the app much I canceled my free trial subscribtion a few days before i would had been charged. I was still charged AND I WAS AGAIN CHARGED THIS MONTH. I am not suscribted to this app. Still getting charges. They don’t replay to my emails. I want to be unsuscribed and get the refund for 2 months.

- I have tried app, app itself is well made and practical. 5/5 - I have found most of titles i was looking for 4/5 - When i started listening i noticed that it is hard to follow book (Pillars of the Earth), than i started reading it and noticed that approximately a third of content is simply not read, not used in audiobook. 1/5 As most important feature for me is audiobook similarity to original a total review is one star.

The only thing I want is an Apple Watch app so I can listen to audio books while on a run or a bike ride

I have recomended downloading Scribd to every pianist I know. "You never lose or forget any sheet." Now I don't have any Piano sheet because of last two Updates for more than 2 weeks. Don't download scribd if you want/need to reach documents on any given time.

I used to love everand. It had many great titles in an unlimited amount of listens per month. I was excited to hear they were going to be offering more titles from larger authors. I’d have happily paid a bit more monthly if they’d kept the unlimited titles per month for their entire catalog. Now only having 3 credits per month feels like they have just gotten greedy and are now charging way more for less. It feels like I’m paying for a slightly less expensive audible subscription. I’m really disappointed as this doesn't compare to audible where I own the digital file. This is the equivalent of a lease. I’m considering canceling my subscription as I feel cheated by this update out of the app and audiobook subscription service I originally subscribed to. Also I’m tired of the glitchiness and frequency of unavailable content when it comes towards the end of a billing cycle. It’s underhanded and poor business practice. Do better everand. Update: I got a response from the developer and I'm even more frustrated now. Since they don't even acknowledge that even with the three credits the app glitches and doesn't load properly. If your looking for an alternative in the US or other countries; Anyplay is great and has a similar selection but is only 11.99 through their website and is actually unlimited no credits. Or if your outside the US; Storytel is amazing and is similar with no credits and an unlimited catalog. I go through 3 books a week. It doesn't make sense for me to subscribe to Everand any more. I've officially canceled my subscription. I'll be back when they go back to an unlimited catalog with no credits.
