Everand: Audiobooks & Ebooks

As the title, I paid the subscription but still can’t play a single audiobook on this god damn app. It tells me to subscribe again which I did and failed cuz i already subscribe to this app.

You’ll likely get charged by apple but not get given the upgraded account by Everand. And neither will help u resolve the issue. You be better off just burning the money, at least it won’t waste u time trying to resolve the issue

I become a subscriber but when i tried to listen to an audiobook it just keeps telling me to subscribe i already did that and i can’t seem to do anything in this app right now i tried to reach customer service but they wouldn’t help much because they don’t answer my email what is wrong with yall and your app😭 i just tried to read my book man

I was quite satisfied with the app till I start to see the monthly limits. There’s no explanation other than a vague one liner about the limits. I cancelled my subscription because of it. There are other alternatives out there which are truly unlimited and cheaper than Everand. If you go through a couple of books a months, this could be a good fit. But if you read more, go for the other platforms. Speaking only about the ebook/ audiobook aspect here.

This app takes forever for the ebooks to load. It took me a fricking 10 minutes for a book to load.

The service does not allow you to read all the books. It is not all you can read app.

How can I highlight the phases and take notes. They have only bookmark ??

After subscription, the books I wanna read just disappear. Some books are moved to “available soon” for next month subscription. This is so ridiculous!!

Why are you people keep complaining about the subscriptions?!! The materials are priceless and I would pay for more to get this. I came across this app and am absolutely grateful to download. Thank you for developing this useful app

I paused my account. But I kept getting charged for several months because they claimed I unpaused and authorized it. Even if I did and it was an accident, a reputable company would give at least a a partial refund. I reached out but 3 different reps could not understand my situation and did nothing to help me. Perhaps the reason they don’t have customer service calls (and only email) is to take the humanity out of the transactions. Well they have succeeded.
