Horrendous interface
I was just browsing the app, accidentally press the purchase button… no secondary confirmation, or verification and it just took my money… now I’m left with one ticket to an event that I can’t even go. CS did nothing but just say no changes/refund/exchange. Not even credits. I thought the whole point of this app to allow customer enjoy their purchase event. Instead, I feel cheated… I just paid for an event I can’t go to and I can’t even pay for a new ticket again because I already spent the money.
Scam
Super bad experience! I bought the ticket but could not redeem at the venue, and the CS only pushes around without solving the issue, I ended up buying another ticket at the venue, it wasted my money and time!!!
Customer service fails to deliver
We had tickets for my son to attend a Minecraft experience but he unfortunately became violently sick the night before. The company is fine with changing any time/refunding the experience—up to 48 hours—but won’t make any changes to accommodate families that don’t get sick less than 48 hours before the event. It’s not a concert or a 1 time thing; there are literally dozens of times every day of the week. Won’t recommend the experience or the Fever app to anyone, nor will I use it again.
No refund for unreceived ticket
I bought a ticket for a bounce house event. My card was charged but the ticket never showed up in my email. I had to buy a new ticket onsite. I requested for refund but was bluntly denied, citing their no refund policy. I understand the no refund policy but no ticket no refund is basically fraud.
