Useless app
Tickets after purchase in the app are not displayed
Nice idea/false advertising/bad interface
I initially clickled on this app because of constant advertisements I kept seeing in facebook like "top bars with cocktails under £5" or "best things to do in London under £5". Clicked on the link to read that appealing list but instead the link took me to the app. Ok I downloaded the app, because I always like discovering new places. In the app - I cant pick more than three things to be intrested in, there's no search for event function or filters (I don't want to see any event that cost £20 or more). Almost all activities I saw was either boring or super expensive. So while I like the idea of the app, it's not useful for me at all.
Customer service fails to deliver
We had tickets for my son to attend a Minecraft experience but he unfortunately became violently sick the night before. The company is fine with changing any time/refunding the experience—up to 48 hours—but won’t make any changes to accommodate families that don’t get sick less than 48 hours before the event. It’s not a concert or a 1 time thing; there are literally dozens of times every day of the week. Won’t recommend the experience or the Fever app to anyone, nor will I use it again.
No refund for unreceived ticket
I bought a ticket for a bounce house event. My card was charged but the ticket never showed up in my email. I had to buy a new ticket onsite. I requested for refund but was bluntly denied, citing their no refund policy. I understand the no refund policy but no ticket no refund is basically fraud.
