Scam!
I paid the highest price for tickets expecting premium seats, but I did not receive what I purchased. Instead, I got subpar seats that were nowhere near what was promised. This goes beyond a no-refund policy—when you pay top price, you expect to get the product you paid for. The customer service team refused to take responsibility, hiding behind terms and conditions instead of addressing the issue. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this service. A company should stand by its promises and resolve issues when they fail to deliver.
Just terrible
This is stuck in the 90s - no calendar, no tickets in wallet, no export, no way to back up your tickets, no way to link to external systems in any way. Just an endless push to give it full permissions. Stay away and never buy tickets through this scammy mess.
Useless and obnoxious
Blackmailed me into installing the app by not showing me the tickets I already paid for. Offers no functionality that couldn’t be made in a website. The existence of this app is a waste of time and space.
Customer service fails to deliver
We had tickets for my son to attend a Minecraft experience but he unfortunately became violently sick the night before. The company is fine with changing any time/refunding the experience—up to 48 hours—but won’t make any changes to accommodate families that don’t get sick less than 48 hours before the event. It’s not a concert or a 1 time thing; there are literally dozens of times every day of the week. Won’t recommend the experience or the Fever app to anyone, nor will I use it again.
No refund for unreceived ticket
I bought a ticket for a bounce house event. My card was charged but the ticket never showed up in my email. I had to buy a new ticket onsite. I requested for refund but was bluntly denied, citing their no refund policy. I understand the no refund policy but no ticket no refund is basically fraud.
